THE CONCLUDING CONFERENCE OF THE ADAPTIVE PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED

On December 4, 2025, the final conference of the adaptational pedagogical practice of the multilingual group PM-1-23 took place. The practice period lasted from November 10 to November 29, 2025, during which the students completed their practicum in general education schools of the city of Manas.

The event was attended by the Deputy Director of the E. Umetov Pedagogical Institute, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor S. Osmonalieva, as well as department heads N. K. Tazhibaeva, N. Sh. Mokuyeva, G. K. Temirbaeva and other instructors. The Deputy Head of the Department for Practice, A. Shishkaraeva, opened the conference and provided general information about the practicum. According to the program, the conference was officially opened by the Head of PPOTK, M. Zh. Naimanbaev, who highlighted the students’ activity and responsibility during the practice.

The floor was then given to the inspector of the Department for Career Development and Organization of Industrial Practice, N. S. Zholdoshaliyeva. During the conference, students presented their practicum results through presentations, research work defenses, and SWOT analyses.

Student presentations:

·         Esenbaeva Ogilkhan Completed her practice at Secondary School No. 22 named after P. Gaydar in the Suzak district and provided a detailed analysis of her achievements, shortcomings, opportunities, and potential risks.

·         Asanova Takhmina Successfully defended her research titled “The Relationship Between Family and School in Educating Primary School Children.”

·         Daiyrbek kyzy Zeynep Presented comprehensive information about different types of visual teaching aids used in lessons and their effective application.

After the presentations, methodologists and instructors posed several important questions to the students:

1.     What teaching methods did you use during your practice?

2.     Which strategy proved to be the most effective?

3.     Were you able to provide an individual approach to pupils during the lessons?

The students responded clearly and fully, striving to justify their experiences with well-supported arguments.

At the end of the event, an “open microphone” session was held, during which:

·         students expressed their gratitude to the instructors,

·         shared their methodological suggestions and feedback,

·         expressed their intention to complete future adaptational and basic practices at an even higher level.

The conference took place in a warm and motivating atmosphere, contributing significantly to the students’ professional growth. At the end of the event, participants took a memorable photo, officially concluding the conference.
