Practical activities on workplace-based training

In higher educational institutions industrial practice is an important stage aimed at strengthening students’ theoretical knowledge and applying it in a real professional environment. During practice, workplace-based training helps students develop professional skills, increase their sense of responsibility, and improve their teaching competence.The lecturers of the department of English language and literature of the philology institute A.D.Kerimberdieva, G.A.Zhoroeva, and N.A.Tashieva visited schools №2, №7 and №13 in Manas city and conducted workplace-based training activities for students.The practice supervisors demonstrated effective and interactive methods of teaching English, as well as ways to organize extracurricular activities. Through discussions and demonstration lessons, student-trainees gained valuable experience and useful information. These activities made a significant contribution to strengthening students’ professional training and provided a solid practical foundation for their future teaching careers.
