Dual education – a bridge between learning and industry

            Nowadays it is especially important for the education system to meet the demands of the labor market. Preparing students not only theoretically but also practically is one of the key requirements of our time. For this purpose, the dual education system is being widely implemented.

Dual education is a form of learning based on close cooperation between educational institutions and employers. Its main goal is to help students develop practical skills in real working environments.

In this regard, the lecturers of the department of English language and literature

A.D.Kerimberdieva, G.A.Zhoroeva, N.A.Tashieva and B.Nyshanbay kyzy conducted mentoring activities on the principles of dual education during their professional practice at secondary schools № 2, № 7, and №13 in Manas city. These activities are aimed at improving the quality of students’ education and preparing them for their future professional careers.
