Mentoring in the practice process

Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Philology at ZhAGU, A.A. Kalmurzayeva, on October 30, 2025, conducted a consultation on preparation for and writing of a Russian language dictation at Secondary General Education School No. 9 named after R. Sanatbaev in Manas City.

Purpose of the consultation: To improve students’ spelling and punctuation literacy, and to develop their skills of attentive text perception and accurate writing under dictation.

Objectives:

• To explain the main requirements for writing a dictation.
• To review the key spelling and punctuation rules.
• To teach students to analyze difficult orthograms and punctuation marks.
• To develop skills of checking and self-checking written work.

Expected results:

• Students will master the basic techniques of correct writing under dictation.
• The level of spelling and punctuation literacy will increase.
• Students will develop self-monitoring skills in writing.
